1. How to initiate a refund
To initiate refund procedure please contact our support within 30 days from your purchase at [email protected]. Support will help you to deactivate your purchased Embird software. Please note: Refunds by Embird UK are only handled for purchases made through Embird UK.
2. Return of purchased item
Embird software is a digital product. If refund is requested for a digital product, there is no physical purchased item to be returned. Therefore, we ask customer to deactivate purchased copy of Embird software instead.
3. Timelines
Refund is issued within 30 business days after successful deactivation of your purchased Embird software programs. Deactivation usually takes 2 or 3 business days.
4. Method of refund
Refund is performed in the same form as payment used, i.e. PayPal, credit or debit card transaction.
5. Product condition
Your purchase of Embird software is a digital product and it is deemed used after activation. This fact does not affect the refund sum.
6. Charges
Customers from European Union only: Value Added Tax (VAT) is charged on purchases from European Union countries. We forward VAT to tax authority of respective country. If VAT was already forwarded in the meantime, refund is decreased for the VAT value.
